Each member will receive a will, a durable power of attorney, a health care proxy, and a living will – call for documents at a discounted rate. Your heirs will know how you want property divided. They will also have the authority (durable powers of attorney) to make medical and financial decisions for you in the event you are unable to make your own decisions.
