OVER 23 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND THOUSANDS OF CLIENTS

I invite you to check the public records, County Clerks' offices law school libraries (where my clients' cases have been published as precedents), New York State  Supreme Court official records and my own copies of those documents cords about the many kinds of cases and legal problems cases I have handled in over 23 years.  I am not making this stuff up.

I regularly draft legal documents. I go to courts every week. I can draft documents and do in-office stuff but I am far from a pencil pusher. I go to courtrooms. I do trials and hearings. No lawyer and Judge can push me around. I am 50 years old and I still play ice hockey goalie. I will defend your rights as vigorously as I defend the hockey net from goals scored  by much younger guys. ( not that I am old or anything like that).

I have never been found guilty of censured for  any kind of professional misconduct or ethical violations  against my clients or among  fellow attorneys. My performance record ih this is squeaky clean.

I do not confuse you by using big words or latin law phrases. I speak in plain English or Spanish to you. I do Spanish translation myself. I am the only attorney in the office and I have one secretary. Hablo espanol. No necessito un interprete para tranduciro para hablar contigo.
