The list is long because I have have represented clients, plaintiffs and defendants for every one of those listed topics for over 23 years. Don't give up on me yet if people have told you to use only a "specialist attorney". Continue clicking this web for more information. You may not want or afford an attorney who practices in just one area of law.
It is a myth that only lawyers practicing in one area are good. Attorney specialists often cost much more money. They often have others do much of their work. Specialized work can cost more in fees and be overkill for you and your needs.
My type of help is sometimes called "General Practice" or General Law Practice. To me, it means that I do NOT practice one thing, i.e., divorce law. This is not to say that I do not know as much as specialists in particular areas of law. Just click the links to your left. I have taught other lawyers, some of whom were "specialists". BUT I DON'T TAKE YOUR CASE IF I CANNOT DO A GREAT JOB AND FEEL YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY WITH MORE EXPERIENCE THAN ME.
I do not push your case off to Associate attorneys in my office. You can also speak to old clients of mine and get recommendations.
How many times has your family doctor helped you more than specialists? In law, I can be almost like your family doctor in concept.
